Consider asking for a room away from the street to minimize noise, especially on weekends.

my stay was almost commendable, aside from the archaic toilet issues, which required multiple flushes, a true inconvenience. also, i was shocked to find no towel racks in my room—how do they expect towels to dry? and really, for the hassle, a complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice, but I guess I’m just regular here.

We stayed in a spacious Suite with View, featuring two connecting bedrooms. One had beautiful windows overlooking the dome of the Florence Cathedral. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the Duomo and very close to many attractions. The room was clean, elegant, and offered great amenities like free WiFi and flat-screen TV.
There's no elevator, which can be a hassle with luggage.

The location near the Duomo is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance. My suite had high ceilings, giving it a grand feel. It was spacious and the marble bathroom was beautiful. Excellent air conditioning kept the room comfortable amidst the summer heat. On a couple of nights, I faced issues with street noise, which could be disruptive, especially for light sleepers. Housekeeping could improve. there were no coffee pods available during my stay, limiting the use of the coffee machine. The breakfast selection was limited, but there’s a lovely café nearby for additional options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would love to see some improvements in housekeeping and breakfast service.

The suite offered a fantastic view, allowing splendid sights to the Florence Cathedral, making mornings memorable. The room exuded elegance with high ceilings and a well-maintained marble bathroom.
No elevator means lugging heavy bags up three flights of stairs, a workout I'd rather avoid. The entire place could use better soundproofing. the street noise can be persistent day and night. Housekeeping got a little lax as they only rearranged without changing linens, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, late cleaning times were inconvenient, with the service arriving at 16:00 and 17:30 on different days.
